About

I am a recent grad from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. My interests lie in the intersection of software engineering, product management and social impact. You can usually find me at a hipster coffee shop in San Francisco with a chocolate chip cookie in one hand and a latte in the other. Let's talk!

Experience

I was previously a Software Engineering Intern at LinkedIn in the summer of 2015! I worked on a new recruiting platform known as LinkedIn Referrals under Talent Solutions. Some technologies I used include: Play/Scala, Java, Rest.li, Hadoop, and Oracle database. I'll be joining full time starting July 2017 in San Francisco.

Last summer, I was a Software Engineering Intern at VISA. Over the course of 12 weeks, I developed a demo Android application using their SDK for mobile merchants to make secure credit card transactions.

Campus Involvement

I was previously a developer at Blueprint, an organization founded at UC Berkeley committed to bridging the gap between technology, non-profits and social good through web and mobile applications. Every year, we work with 5 various non-profits on projects to help them better serve their own respective communities.

I was a project manager at Net Impact Berkeley, where I lead 4 associate consultants through a fast paced strategy case. Net Impact is a premier consulting organization that works first-hand with leading industry professionals at non-profits, social enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies to create social or environmental impact through projects related to impact and financial analyses, marketing, research, and corporate social responsibility. I've previous worked with Adobe, Room to Read, Citizen Schools, and Fair Trade USA.

As a Residential Computing Consultant at UC Berkeley for the Student Affairs Information Technology department, I was responsible for maintaining Berkeley residents' network and troubleshooting hardware and software devices.
